I was pretty skeptical about hypnosis but I wanted to get back into exercising regularly. After my session I couldn’t wait to get back to my work outs. I am a believer now!

Alternative Therapy
I had a hypnosis session with Victoria at the start of the winter. I was very down, and couldn’t seem to revive my energy. She said she would do a treatment with me. I was very surprised at how good I felt the very next day. I continue to feel better. I would recommend her to anyone, in fact I have recommended her to several of my friends. She has a very positive manner, and it is truly helpful.

“It’s been my honor to be in the healing profession for over 30 years. I believe we all have an inner wisdom we can access in our subconscious that can guide us in achieving personal balance within ourselves and our environment.”
Victoria Deeks | CHT
Victoria has been in healthcare for over 40 years, first as an LPN, then an RN and for the past 30 years as a nurse practitioner. Her training has given her a keen understanding of how the body works. She has seen the power of the mind at work in how people adapt to both internal and external stressors. Coping skills, developed over time, can negatively and positively impact us. Victoria believes we all have an inner wisdom we can access in our subconscious that can guide us in achieving personal balance within ourselves and our environment. Through hypnotherapy she has guided people to address longstanding habits; re-frame and explore issues to come to a deeper understanding; and shed deeply held emotional weight carried unnecessarily that is limiting and damaging. Hypnotherapy can open us to our greater potential and deeper self-awareness. Hypnosis is a powerful therapy on its own as well as a dynamic adjunct to all therapies as a person seeks to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
I’m dedicated to healing arts supporting people in their quest for overall health and wellness.

I came to Victoria to address some beliefs I grew up with that I felt were holding me back in life. Working with Victoria I was able to really feel myself releasing these beliefs and stepping more firmly into what I truly value. I feel more free now.
